Dave in the office was great. Kept me informed of timelines for the move. Brian and Shawn called before coming on move time and showed up on time, delivered and unloaded carefully. Above all, they were extremely pleasant and accomodating

No tools in the truck.
Broke my bed due to poor knowledge of how to take bolt/screws out. Did not know how to negotiate large furniture up the stairs. Screws were not all returned and had to buy more at Lowe’s and order others from Amazon hence I had no bed to sleep in and have to sleep on the sofa

Great Service! The guys were very friendly and professional. Everything was moved quickly, efficiently, and undamaged. Asked the right questions and placed everything where I wanted it. Definitely will use them when I move again.

The quote I received was for $800 max and it ended up costing $1,100 because the team forgot a desk and had to return to pick it up, adding significant costs. Also, the team did not leave the office for the move until 8:30, but charged me with a start time of 8:00 and the ended at 1:00, but I was charged for 1:30. As a single mother I cannot afford these to have a move increase $200 over max quote

This is a top of the line moving company. They were professional from the beginning to the end of our entire moving process. The three movers John, Arvay and Demarc are Class A movers. All three knew their job well. Thanks for the professional move.
