I am happy with their service from start to finish. Elizabeth gave a quote with number of different options to choose from to minimize the expense. Price was better than other competitors. George, Patrick and tow other crews were very efficient and shortened finishing hours and saved $ on the final bill. Christina from office gave a follow up call the next day to make sure my moving was happy.

The movers were very nice and did good job except they lost my mom’s remote recliner control which is necessary to have in order to use the chair. My mom is 88 yrs. old and depends on the recliner to help her up and out easily and safely. I had to spend another $25 to purchase another remote control. All the customer care manager did was leave a voicemail saying the cord was not found in the truck
