I was hired at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a driver almost three years ago. My favorite part about working with this company is interacting with all kinds of new people everyday. My favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core value is integrity. I don't believe in taking short cuts. Honesty and hard work go a long way when providing a service to people and I always try my best to be 100% accurate.
Joseph Chavera
Operations Manager
My family and I recently relocated from Las Vegas to San Antonio, and we are currently enjoying the change and look forward to building our lives here. My favorite core be your best and have fun, as it really embodies every aspect of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® mindset. We work to guarantee that our employees operate in a fun environment, as this can be a demanding job. Having things like breakfast for the crews and employee appreciation events allows us to remind employees how rewarding this can be, as well as keeping them in the mindset to accomplish their job the best they can.

Spenser White
Assistant Operations Manager
I came to this company in February this year after leaving a school program that did not feel right for me. Since starting at this company, I have found a great group of people that I enjoy working with every day. My favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core value is “be your best and have fun.” I found that it’s important to have fun while you’re at work so the time spent on a job seems to pass faster, and it helps keep the customer at ease. I was recently promoted to Assistant Operations Manager at our North office. I attribute this honor to the hard work, care, and determination to provide the best possible service to every customer I have had the opportunity to move.

My favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core value is definitely “Integrity.” The ideas of honesty and fairness have always been important to me on a personal level and I love that the company I work for emphasizes those values. At the same time, I think that all our core values are extremely important and speak to who we are as a company and what we offer both customers and employees. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations and each of these values is crucial to doing just that.
