Courteous, Friendly and knowledgeable....starting from the phone call to make reservations all the way to the movers. I had such a great experience with all staff. Thank you for making this so easy for me!

Everyone we personally interfaced with did an excellent job, however, there are some gaps in your process that are management responsibilities. First, you look at the house you are moving from, but not at the house you are moving to. The house we moved to has a very steep incline and the trees would not allow the moving van to come through. Had we known this earlier, we could have trimmed the trees, instead, we had to stop the progress of the move, find saws, ladders, etc... to cut the trees. Secondly, the equipment you give these guys seems to lack proper maintenance. Our crew, who did their best with what they had, lost their running lights and couldn't finish the move in one day, instead we had to wait two more days to finish. Management should address these process issues.

The movers were very professional,courteous and took great care in moving our item. They did awesome work, arrived on time and communicated prior to their arrival.I have utilized their services before and each time they do a superb job and really take a lot of the stress out moving. I would recommend them highly.

L.D. and Dennis were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, got right to work, were extremely careful with protecting my furniture, and were real professionals. The staff I spoke to on the phone to arrange for the move was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me. I will highly recommend Two Men and a Truck if anyone ever asks for a recommendation for a moving company.

The exerience was good, the mover's were excellent!
The only issue was the truck wasn't big enough, we had to leave some stuff at home and I had to go back to pick them up!
Was not funny to go back again because I moved from San Antonio to Austin.

This is my third time using Two Men and a Truck. I was not disappointed. The guys called me in advance to let me know how the schedule was progressing, showed up early, and with a great attitude. They worked hard to get the job done in as little time as possible, and took great care of my property. I will always use Two Men and a Truck for any moves, and would highly recommend them.
