The men that came to our home were nice and polite. However, after the move the fridge never got cold. We called the repair service and they said that when you remove the doors of the fridge it should not be connected to the outlet till after the doors are put back on. They fried the compressor. We had to get a new fridge. The dryer wasn't even balanced nor connected. Your guys n3ed mire training

I repeatedly told your office team that I had a lot of stuff including a very full two car garage and two + bedrooms along with a kitchen and living room to move. Still, we did not receive a large enough truck to complete our move and I’m left having to make several trips myself in my sedan. When booking I told them to please reference the initial request I filled out but still was ignored.
