I had to reserve the date twice as the first time I did not receive an e-mail confirmation. Other than that hiccup everything was fine.

I was very happy with the service provided. The movers were courteous, fast, and careful with my furniture. I would use them again for future moves and recommend them to family and friends.

Lead driver was not the best I’ve had by a long shot but his positive attitude was excellent, but I think his performance went down a lot because the other guy was so horrible, the other guy was cursing and complaining constantly right in front of me and he actually laid down on the floor and the lead driver had to tell him to get up and help him move my stuff this is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned! My family and myself have used this company several times before with absolutely zero issues!

There was a little confusion when I first contacted the company. I informed them that we needed the move on short notice and was told they were available but after I received the estimate from the consultant I was told they were booked. The manager worked us in and every other aspect was excellent!

The movers did an awesome job. They really went above and beyond. Overall, the whole experience was great

I was very much impressed with the handling of the furniture. Before the men even moved it out of the room, it was covered with a blanket and wrapped in plastic for protection. I expected some level of care, but to me, this went beyond my expectation of what they were going to do.

The two men that were assigned my relocation, were exceptional. They worked continuously from the time they rang the door bell until they delivered my furniture in another city later that evening, without an utter of complaint of being tired or how hot it was. They were professional men and was glad I choose this organization for my move.

If and when there is a move in the future for myself or someone I know, I would not hesitate to recommend two men and a truck.

The movers were prompt, informative, and hard workers. Excellent service. They took good care of my items and assisted me to transfer them to storage, making sure it all fit! Highly will recommend this company to friends and family. High five to the 3 professional movers who assisted me. Thanks

Overall the service was fine. Unfortunately after they left I realized that they had damaged some of my furniture. One piece will need a professional to fix. I didn’t think I needed to open the desk drawers so I missed reporting that. They also did not reassemble one bed completely and forgot several parts when they left the first house, which I gathered up and brought with me. I also think they took longer than necessary since they only had to move large furniture, no boxes or other furniture. It’s not the worst move I’ve ever had (military so I’ve moved a lot) but I can’t rate them as excellent. I should have done a more thorough check, but we were all tired from the heat and long day. My loss. They were nice enough though. I do appreciate the last minute availability.
