This is the third move with with the company (and the biggest). The team of 6 were very careful with everything we had. They were kind, strong, patient and determined. I hugely appreciated their humor too - as we were very stressed and miserably hot the day of the move. Unfortunately, I only remember one team member's names (Chad). But they were all awesome.

Yes. Individuals who answer the phone were satisfied by telling me that box had not been located. I am not satisfied with this response. The box was put in truck. The box was not delivered to new apartment.
