The guys started out great but became very tired and things went downhill quickly. My Large 75” Sony tv fell and has to be replaced. The manager who reached out to me was not very helpful and I still am waiting for a replacement value. Yes, I did get the extra insurance. In the manager’s defense, I did tell him I was pretty busy and didn’t need a check cut immediately. But that was Sunday,

Craig was awesome and did most of the work. His partner that day was not very helpful and kept saying he was new. I'd use this company again but don't recommend his partner that day.

We were a little flustered when only two people showed up but they were efficient so I assumed there was a misunderstanding. About 1/2 an hour after they arrived a third person arrived to assist. The first two absolutely killed it and the third helper was efficient but not at the level the other two were. The whole experience made for an easy move but wanted to mention the above. Thanks.

Hired to load 10 pieces of furniture, no appliances, no boxes, no truck. All our pads, our trailer. You provided one 2 wheeler & shrink wrap. Very slow & incompetent. Took 1st 20 min on his phone for signatures. 2 guys, if 1 was doing anything, other was just watching. 30m to wrap 1. We, age 73 & 70, moved all pieces after 1st 2 took sooo long, to be in line.

We were very impressed with our move team (Jordan, Brian, and Cam), they were pleasant and cheerful the whole day. Everything went smoothly as we expected. They worked hard all day. I highly recommend them for anyone who is planning to move. Would gladly hire them again.

I learned on your web site that you offer more than whole house moving services. We only needed one sofa moved from our home to a family member in the next town.
