The worst moving experience ever. The movers broke numerous items including a ceiling fan in the house and never mentioned a word. They haphazardly loaded the truck and broke two bed frames . It was a horrible experience the only good thing was The management tried to make things right

Very professional team of movers! We moved my father from one memory care community to another so there were lots of secure doors the movers had to pass through at both places but they had 0 complaints. Job well done!

Excellent service. Team took great care of our furniture, and worked very efficiently.

The office was wonderful & Dawn was amazing! The movers were professional & efficient. I wish they had more experience with refrigerators. Ours didn’t fit through the opening and they didn’t know how to remove the refrigerator doors. Also, our sofa was too heavy for 2 & we had to help & it dropped on my finger, I’d still use them for a basic move. Be sure to discuss special situations before hand.

Dawn did not send a big enough truck even though I requested it in an email. When she was called about this she told me to rent a uhaul. The movers ripped both couches, damaged every piece of wood furniture & broke some dishes. All things were bubble wrapped & boxes marked fragile. They wrapped my furniture in plastic wrap no blankets. Didn’t bring tv boxes. Wrapped them in bubble wrap & cardboard

One of the guys was good and helpful but the other was rushing and not taking his time. He would bang into things with my furniture. I provided water and lunch. It was hot and I understand why you want to get done but I am paying for as long as it takes. I still have each a good tip at the end. When they took my washer and dryer upstairs there was lots of damage to my walls and wood floor.

I was overall disappointed. I spoke with Tony. We talked about the minimum of two hours and I told him that we should be able to get it done that quickly. He even said call him if it goes over the two hours and he will work something out. Two hours and 15 total. Then the guys present me with a bill for three hours—drive time. No other company I’ve used did that! You already charged for gas!�

As a classroom teacher, I dreaded moving to a new school with everything I accumulated throughout the years. Two Men and a Truck offered me a fantastic deal and were super efficient. Though my move was not considered a large one for a professional moving company like them, they took a tremendous load off my hands! Thank you!
