The sales team was very friendly. The movers were friendly and professional. They took the time to take apart and assemble the beds and washer and dryer connections. They went out of their way for small and not so small requests. I was very happy with them.

You should explain your damage policy to the customer. I assumed if a piece was damaged you would make it right with the customer by either repairing or replacing.

Our damage policy is designed to offer the best resolution for situations like this. Based on the protection plan you selected, we can provide a cash payout of $0.60 per pound, which amounts to $90. This payout can be used toward repairs or other solutions as you see fit. Please let us know the best mailing address to send the check, and we’ll get that processed for you right away.
