Congrats to our Employee of the Month, Pascal Eburuche. Pascal has risen to the top as our most requested driver. He has been a natural leader and a great asset to our team since day one. He is always on time, approaching each day with a positive attitude, and an eagerness to provide each customer with a positive moving experience. No matter what kind of curveballs may be thrown at Pascal, he’s able to overcome any moving challenge with ease. We’re very thankful to have him on our team! Congrats, Pascal!

Anisa joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for the better opportunities for growth and personal development. She has been with the company for over a year. Prior to becoming a Move Relocation Specialist, she worked at a non-profit thrift store for three years. She mentions that her favorite aspect of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is, "Honestly, getting to work with the amazing team here." In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places around her new home. An interesting fact about Anisa is that she has a talent for playing air guitar.

Meet Danny. Danny has been a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team for two years and chose this job because of the company’s great reputation. Before joining the team, he worked as a forklift operator, gaining valuable experience in logistics and heavy lifting. One of Danny’s favorite things about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the challenge it brings each day, as well as the opportunity to travel and explore different states. He enjoys the variety of the job and the chance to meet new people along the way. Outside of work, Danny loves spending time with his family. He also prides himself on keeping a great sense of humor and isn’t afraid to be a little silly to keep things fun.

Meet Matt! With prior experience in the moving industry, Matt joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK looking for a new challenge. Since then, he has embraced the fast-paced environment and enjoys the opportunity to tackle something different every day. Before joining the team, Matt gained a wide range of skills in various trades, including plumbing and construction. He considers himself a “Jack of All Trades” and brings that versatility to his work. What Matt loves most about his job is the teamwork, the daily challenges, and the opportunity to travel across the country. His strong work ethic and dedication make him a valuable asset to the crew. In his free time, Matt enjoys day trading, gaming, and sports. He also takes pride in helping other crews with their jobs whenever he can. Known for his determination, Matt always strives to outwork everyone around him.

Kenneth chose to join TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® (TMT) because of the growth opportunities within the franchise network and his passion for meeting new people. "My experience in moving and customer service allows me to connect with the customers we serve, and I’ve been with TMT for 5 years."

Before his time at TMT, Kenneth developed expertise in operations and logistics, having worked as an Oil & Gas Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager.

The aspect of TMT that Kenneth enjoys most is the opportunity to help customers throughout their move. "There’s nothing more rewarding than ensuring their experience is seamless."

When he’s not working, Kenneth enjoys gardening, taking on home improvement projects, and watching football. A dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, he eagerly anticipates football Sundays. Kenneth is also a fan of DIY projects and considers Forensic Files his go-to TV show. And yes, his favorite color is blue!

Reggie chose to work at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because of its long-standing reputation and strong sense of community. He was excited by the chance to grow both personally and professionally while staying connected to the transportation industry. Before joining the team, Reggie spent three years as an Operations Manager in the semi-truck sector, managing the transportation of frac sand and port-bound containers. Prior to that, he spent a decade working for a major railroad company, honing his skills in logistics and operations.

Reggie’s favorite part of his role at TMT is the teamwork and collaboration it fosters. He enjoys tackling challenges with his crew and is motivated by the positive feedback from customers. When he’s not at work, Reggie enjoys keeping active by working out, cooking meals with his family, and playing sports. A fun fact—Reggie is a twin!
