We had to dump multiple items before even moving them in to our new place (furniture, paintings) because they were damaged on the truck. The bicycle tires were stacked against original paintings with no protection so the paintings were ruined by the tires, as well as one bikes brakes being broken. A big chalkboard painting was completely cracked, and a giant (brand new) dollhouse was split in 3 places. A wall mirror was also shattered. Our $1500 new dining table was chipped, our dresser has a huge dent and scratch, and a box labeled “fragile-glassware” was dropped (we watched this happen) so everything inside was broken. Nothing was wrapped or padded, & we are still discovering broken items. I’m afraid to look at the items they placed in storage- I feel like most are scratched or broken.

John and Gabe were really Great. Very very personable, and they were able to get way way more on the truck than we thought possible. Took excellent care of our things. We appreciate them more than we can express.

Matt and Neiko showed up on time after a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way. When they arrived, we found out there had been a miscommunication about the services I wanted. They had expected only moving. They called the office and had a third person come out to help pack within the hour. The moving and packing went quickly. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck.

I called around 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon and asked if I could have movers at my office Monday morning at 8am. The Customer Service Representative, Caty, was very helpful and was able to meet my request. Caty explained the charges and quickly sent me a quote. The movers were here on time Monday morning. The whole experience was perfect, and I will definitely call Two Men and a Truck again!
