One guy was very good and the other was not a professional mover. I didn't like that and you charged me the same price. I have had better for less. Talked to the manager and he did not offer anything for my bad experience. The one mover was really good the other not so good. Never heard of a trip fee. How do you think you going to get there? I'm paying for you to move me. If I had two guys on the same level would have went faster. Should have been easy and smiple!

The office staff ensured that the work crew was the right size for the job. They were able to get the extra men and truck needed to at the last-minute do to an unexpected change. The moving team was able to complete the whole move in less time than quoted even with 2 deliveries beening done. One to our new home and the other to an off site storage unit.

I was in a rough spot between time and the guys were very helpful and very passionate about their jobs and keeping my furniture from being damaged and moving heavy stuff.
Latanya
My movers were very professional, on time & quick. Two men & a truck are not the cheapest moving company I’ve used, but by far the best!!! You get what you pay for!!

Alicia
Our moving crew (John Jr., Gabe, David W, and Carl) provided outstanding service. Anything we asked, they did with a smile. They stayed later than the estimated time and never complained. The made sure everything was in place before leaving and that we were satisfied. All of them were friendly, worked hard, and handled our items carefully. Our experience from the first call, the estimate, until the trucks pulled away exceeded our expectations.

They had the most comprehensive website that enabled me to provide an inventory by room giving them good information for an accurate quote. Communication was quick and friendly and services provided were exactly what they promised. These are the guys I will always call.
