Absolutely wonderful experience. Our move was so easy! The team we worked with were so professional and quick! We cannot thank you enough... would highly recommend to any of our friends and family.

The two men that helped me recently, with a last minute move, were very professional, personable, and wasted no time in getting through this move. They came in under my expected budget and I’m certain that is because they were very serious about not wasting any unnecessary time. Special thanks to Traivonne and Ian, as they were the two men with the truck! I would highly recommend this group to anyone with any type of moving need.

Movers were very nice and helpful . Unfortunately headboard was damaged and wall was damaged but all was repaired and I was compensated for damages in claim.

Movers Eric, Leroy and Tevonne were great. Friendly and fast. I will recommend for sure.

My move team was excellent! My compliments to them both on the good job, professionalism and courteousness.

For the most the guys did ok. They were very friendly and helpful and moved everything within the estimated timeframe. However, there were a few things they were a little careless about that really frustrates me and is going to cost me money to remedy. My 1960s antique clock which is a family piece, got damaged. A chunk was taken out of the wood on the front. It's been moved many times over the years and has never been damaged until now. Also, when moving a large chair into the new house, they forced it through a doorway without removing the legs and broke a piece off the door jam. And lastly, my mattress which was pristine white, is now stained. I provided a mattress cover but it still looks like it got drug through muddy water.

Overall everything was great, however, a leg on one of my nightstands was broken. A damage report was to be filed. I have heard nothing, so my son in law “glued” it on as I needed to use the stand. Report says someone will call within 2 business days. This is sales order 6898. I am not looking for any compensation, just an acknowledgment.

Moving team was awesome, packers awful. Owner and response team horrible. It’s been over 2 months since our move and our damaged items are still not taken care off. Been telling all of my friends that are moving NOT to use you. Horrible overall experience. If movers changed companies, I would recommend them. That team was awesome. I want my items fixed!!!

The move team was helpful and worked very hard. There was some damage to our fridge that is already being handled with a claim.
Unfortunately the estimate that was produced for my move was not done well. I tried very hard to make sure I was as accurate as possible when the estimate was being done on the phone, but clearly the amount of space estimated was far too low. The truck was too small for our items, and this resulted in a lot of confusion for us and the move team. The explanation of additional costs of trying to involve a second truck was confusing and frustrating, and I resorted to using a borrowed flatbed trailer to make multiple extra trips to load furniture, boxes, and other items that didn't fit on the truck. A better estimate process would have saved me a lot of stress.
