Very happy with this experience. The two movers were friendly and continuously checked with me to be sure I was satisfied. Great service!

The office staff really messed me up by telling me packers were scheduled when in actuality they were not and my move was delayed 3 days because of their ineptitude. The packers/movers were excellent - very professional, thorough and worked quickly and effectively ciently. I would recommend your services with a caveat about the mishandling of my scheduling.

The moving team called as was expected to let me know they were on their way and even moved up the expected time of arrival. The process was as described by the office relative to identifying what was to be moved. The team listened to my concerns about some objects and were extra careful with them. The men performed their tasks as a team and in a very efficient manner. They were very professional, good listeners and I would not hesitate to refer them to friends etc.

Professional and courteous explanation of services. Movers displayed a professional and positive attitude while enduring a three-story move on a very cold day. The value of service was more than commensurate to the rate I was charged. My overall experience was excellent.

The service was superlative--a very hard-working, conscientious crew. My only complaint was that after they had left, we discovered that the boxes marked andquot;Master closetandquot; were left in the master bathroom, not the closet, where they are still stacked up in front of the tub and shower. Aside from that, we were all well-pleased.

We have used two men twice and have been very pleased both times. The first time was for a move from Florida to Texas and it was apparent that this company was customer oriented so when the need arose a second time we did not consider anyone else.
