Gordon has worked for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over 18 years. After working his way up through the system, he is proud to have fulfilled his dream of owning his own franchises. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Gordon is a huge fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Andrew is our new Safety Manager! His favorite part about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the amount of opportunity given to further your career at any position within the company. Having started at the location in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as a Mover/Driver, he worked his up to being an Operations Manager. In 2017, he made the lateral transition as the Operations Manager in Dallas, Texas. Andrew joined the Arlington crew as a Lead Driver in March of 2021 and was promoted to our Safety Manager position in July 2022. Andrew enjoys playing pool, and disc golf with his friends. He wants to continue moving up in the company and, one day, become a General Manager or run his own TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise!

Mark is another example of how TWO MEN AND A TRUCK moves people forward. He started out with us as a Mover/Driver, and after demonstrating a strong commitment to customer care, he was promoted to In-Home Consultant. Our franchise is growing rapidly, so when we recognized the need for a Location Manager, Mark was an easy choice and he was promoted again. Mark's job is to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met with each and every move. Mark enjoys watching science fiction and action movies, and studying the Bible.

Meet our new Business Support Specialist, Mélannie! She is from Puerto Rico and has called Texas home for the past three years. Her favorite thing about working with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is being part of a unified team that knows how to make work fun! In her free time, Mélannie enjoys cooking, crafting, reading, and playing video games! We welcome you to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Team!

Say hello to Hayli! She has been a valued member of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family since 2020. Her journey from CSR to Sales Manager reflects our commitment to MOVING PEOPLE FORWARD®. When she's not working, you'll find Hayli reading, volunteering, and crafting, all while spreading motivation. Plus, she's a cat enthusiast and a stand-up comedy lover!

Meet Sierra! She works as a recruiter for our Arlington location and plays a big role in helping us bring on new team members to build our teams. She’s cool and calm in everything she does, and this calming presence is welcoming to new and existing employees as she helps to get them comfortable with their roles.

Away from work, Sierra likes to spend time with her friends and attend as many concerts as possible. We’re happy to have her on the team!

Fondly known as “Sak” among his colleagues, he has been an integral part of our team for the past six years. His commitment to demonstrating the core values of our company is truly remarkable, and it's no surprise that he was named Mover of the Month recently. Sak is a shining example of what it means to have a strong work ethic, unwavering dedication, and exceptional leadership skills. His 100% customer referral rating is a testament to his passion for providing a seamless moving experience to all of our customers. We're fortunate to have him on our team, and we look forward to his continued success in his role as our team lead.

As a Move Coordinator, Elle is tasked with putting together accurate estimates, scheduling moves, and answering any questions customers may have. Her warm and friendly demeanor are what customers love most about her, as proven through the many 5-star reviews she has received. In November 2020, Elle received our award for top salesperson due to her achievements in customer service. When she's not at work, Elle enjoys spending time with her three kids in their Star Wars-themed "geek cave".

Outgoing and friendly, Jennifer loves helping customers plan their moves. Just ask her, and she'll share her favorite time- and money-saving moving tips! Jennifer has been recognized as one of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK's top sales associates and has achieved Salesperson of the Month for November 2020. A true Texas country girl, she grew up riding horses in the quaint town of Granbury. When she's not at work, you can probably find her binge-watching comedy or horror movies.

Cassandra is part of our incredible Customer Service Representative team! She started working with us in the Fall of 2022! Her favorite thing about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the work environment and the encouragement from coworkers! She is from Arlington and enjoys helping others and appreciates the opportunity to help customers. Cassandra enjoys playing video games and watching her favorite shows. Keep up the great work!!

Jalen Anderson, our Mover of the Month! He's been with us for one year and four months, joining after his time off from the military. Jalen loves the energetic team spirit at Two Men and a Truck, where even tough moves feel rewarding thanks to his amazing teammates. Outside of work, Jalen has big dreams. He wants to move up to a manager position at Two Men and a Truck, learn another language, and get his private pilot license. With his positive attitude and determination, Jalen is a valued member of our team. Congratulations, Jalen, on being our Mover of the Month!
