Mark Henderson brings over seven years of experience in the moving industry, and he can confidently say it’s the best job he’s ever had. Since joining our team in 2017, Mark has played a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Through his leadership of the teams he’s managed, he’s helped shape the company into what it is today.

A true lover of the country, Mark finds great satisfaction in being part of a team that serves both individuals and communities. His passion lies in providing exceptional customer service, always striving to make people happy. His goal is to ensure that his customers are not only satisfied but delighted with the quality of service he and his team provide. Mark believes that the key to success is creating a happy and appreciated staff, as they are the backbone of delivering top-notch service that leads to customer happiness.

At work, I handle the accounting aspect of the company, including bookkeeping, payroll, ensuring job accuracy, managing employee benefits, and much more. I love my job because it challenges me daily and motivates me to learn more about my specific tasks, the company, and the field itself. Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of hobbies, including reading, playing Minecraft and Animal Crossing, working out, playing tennis, and watching wrestling. I also have a passion for crafts and would love to learn how to sew. In the future, I aspire to own a home, grow my family, and continue advancing professionally.

She’s cool and calm in everything she does, and this calming presence is welcoming to new and existing employees as she helps to get them comfortable with their roles.

I’m Izaih Filikitonga, and I’ve been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for a little over two years. My journey started as a mover, and within two months, I became a driver. The variety in my daily tasks keeps things exciting, and I’ve developed skills I didn’t even know I had along the way. Every day here is different, and that’s something I really enjoy. In the future, I plan to open my own moving company. I want to help people as they begin new chapters in their lives, just like we do here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my girlfriend and our dogs. I’m a bit of a homebody and enjoy relaxing, especially playing video games. I’m excited for what’s ahead, both in my career and in life, and I’m committed to providing great service to everyone I work with.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about weight training and boxing, which keep me energized and focused. What I truly enjoy most about being a manager is the opportunity it gives me to support my team in new and meaningful ways—whether it's through training, problem-solving, or simply lending a helping hand when needed. Helping others grow and succeed is what motivates me every day!

As a Move Coordinator, Elle is tasked with putting together accurate estimates, scheduling moves, and answering any questions customers may have. Her warm and friendly demeanor are what customers love most about her, as proven through the many 5-star reviews she has received. In November 2020, Elle received our award for top salesperson due to her achievements in customer service. When she's not at work, Elle enjoys spending time with her three kids in their Star Wars-themed "geek cave".
