I would really prefer if the movers were required to wear face masks. I felt uneasy the whole time. I also spoke to friends who have hired different movers and had about the same amount of things that I did, but paid significantly less than I was charged. Besides that, all of our stuff got here safely and I appreciate that.
Response
Hello Briana. We appreciate your concern about face masks and assure you that the health and safety of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us. For all of our employees, we do provide masks encourage they be worn when it is safe to do so. Some of our crew members are unable to do this while actively moving customer items due to health and safety reasons. Additionally, we are an hourly service and some moves require more time than others due to things like stairs and long walks between the truck and the home, the distance between the old and new homes, the need for disassembly and reassembly of furniture, etc. We appreciate your choosing us as your moving company and hope to work with you again in the future.
