Meagan
The men that moved my furniture reassembled it upside down and left their tools behind. I called the office to have them come back and properly reassemble my furniture and to get their tools. My call was returned the next day and I was scheduled to have them return the following day, but later that day received a text message that they weren’t coming and haven’t rescheduled.
Response
Hello Meagan - we apologize but due to an emergency we were not able to make our first appointment with you. We understand you are currently working with our management to reschedule.
