Rick and his crew were great! Very fast, efficient, and courteous. I even called the office and asked to speak to the general manager wanting to express my gratitude for the job they did but was told he would be out until Monday, March 16th. I will highly recommend Two Men and A Truck to friends and relatives!

Your office kept us informed before, during, and after the move. I appreciate the fact that they called after to make sure everything went well. Your team of movers was excellent. AWESOME!! Moving team was respectful, courteous and hard-working. A few things got broken, but oh well. My only worry is that many of the boxes marked Fragile were sitting on the bottom of a stack of boxes, including my office printer (which had written on the top not to stack anything on it). As I unpack, I'm hoping not to find any more breakages. It was a LONG day for the team; overall GREAT!

This was an absolute pleasure to deal with Richard and the guys. They showed up on time and took cafe of business. Our belongings were blanketed, wrapped, and protected in an unbelievable way. They were quick and at no time did I feel or see our belongings handled in a way that I thought any damage could occur. And we had some large furniture. Excellent service and would not use anyone else.

Information needs to be provided BEFORE the move of what you will not transport. Not having this information prior put us in a bind.

Thank you for the feedback, Troy. We apologize for the inconvenience. During the initial call we try to explain what we cannot take over the phone as best as we can. When the move was booked, a pre-move confirmation letter was emailed describing items such as flammable liquids, aerosols, paints, plants, firearms etc. for not only our safety, but the safety of your belongings. Otherwise, we are happy the rest of your move went well!

My only reservation is the moving crew was not equipped to handle a move like mine. I called "Two Men" because they had previously done business (printing) with us, and I believe in supporting locally owned businesses. This type of equipment should be loaded/unloaded with a lift on the truck or with a fork truck, not a ramp. It was dangerous for both men and equipment.
