"Movers Who Care®"

Each year, we hold our annual Movers For Moms® collection drive to support women and children in need in the Coastal Bend. This year, we are partnering with The Corpus Christi Hope House. Essential care items are collected ranging from soaps and lotions, to gently used or new clothing and nonperishable food items.

We are currently partnered with Flour Bluff ISD as well as London ISD as collection sites. You can always donate items at our office, too!

We love partnering with Agape Ranch as we share similar beliefs. Its Mission Statement reads: Many children in foster care feel unlovable because of the abuse they’ve suffered all their lives. Agape Ranch breaks that cycle by providing compassionate care, connections within the community, and now by creating a neighborhood to give them a place to call home with families that provide unconditional love.

The Junior League of Corpus Christi, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. 

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Corpus Christi is proud to support The Purple Door through our annual MOVERS FOR MOMS® collections drive. The Women's Shelter provides free 24-hour support and resources to women and children in need. This year, we were able able to donate more than 2,000 items for our MOVERS FOR MOMS® campaign. Thank you all for your support!

Each year, we work with the United States Marine Corps and the La Posada foundation to collect toys for Toys For Tots. The boat parades this year will be on Friday, December 9, and Saturday, December 10. We look forward to seeing you out there!

United Way of the Coastal Bend recently called for a moving quote to its new building, but were pleasantly surprised when we volunteered to donate our services at no charge. We were glad we could help save the potential moving expenses allowing the United Way use those funds to help the community.
