Our washer did get broken but it maybe partially our fault due to not completely taking hoses off we did realize until way after they where gone

Both Joe and Enrique were amazing. They were kind, friendly, respectful, efficient, and accommodating.
Moving is tough, and they made it so much easier.
Promote both of these gentlemen and give them a raise!

Everything was loaded timely and delivered timely. The crew was very nice and polite. The issue I have is with my TV. Literally the only thing I was worried about. It arrived at my new house broken. $500 down the drain. Tv came in unwrapped. Plugged it in after they left and nothing but a black screen and white streaks showing the impact location.
