The movers were extremely professional & so nice, very considerate of where I wanted things & they got my stuff up 3 flights of stairs in just a few hours. Absolutely would recommend & use them again.

My movers were an hour late. They were spitting "loogies" constantly outside, leaving a trail of mucous where they walked as well as talking about their personal escapades with "intimate interests." At one point they were playing with neighbors dog for a good 5-10 minutes during moving time that was being paid for after arriving late. The moving experience lacked professionalism.

I specifically could only do 2hrs. The movers arrived at 2pm but took 15 mins to do paperwork. So didn’t start until 2:15, finished at 4:15 but called to end job at 4:20.
The dispatch insisted on charging me an additional $80 for an extra 30 mins. Very disappointing.

Trifton and Caleb were excellent. They showed up exactly on time, wrapped the furniture securely with blankets and plastic, and loaded everything quickly considering the three flights of stairs. They took great care of everything and were friendly to deal with. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the team that moved my moms stuff. There was some damage done to her bed and a display stand. That wasn’t the issue, the issue was they didn’t have a damage report form and I was told I would be contacted however that didn’t happen. I would recommend them but keep in mind you things may be damaged and then conveniently have no way to document the damage. Two stars at best.

They arrived with the right assortment of boxes and packing supplies.
As soon as they realized that the time required for packing was going to exceed the estimate, they immediately informed me.
Jeff checked in from the office near the end of the move just to see how things were going.
