The two men who helped me were so kind and even funny! Spending the day with them was not only tolerable but was actually enjoyable. They took great care of my things and were awesome about my picky ideas concerning where the furniture should go. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing a move down the street, across the state, or even just in the city. Loved them!!

Movers Demarcus and Antonio were great. Packed all stuff very well and were courteous and helpful. Moved from two addresses and small hiccup was that they showed up to the second address first. I believe incorrecrt info was provided to them from the call taker who quoted me. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

I inquired about immediate moving services needed because of proximity of local franchise to my residence. I completed on-line estimate request, spoke with costumer representative, and contracted services . Everything in contract and in conversation with representative was exactly as specified or verbally confirmed. The movers were on time, friendly and respectful, competent, and efficient. I was very pleased with the service, the pricing, and I took the opportunity to tip the move team. Thank you. I would use Two Men and a Truck services again, and recommend to other potential customers.

Movers lost my power cord for the tv and couldnandacirc;??t put my bed and entertainment center back together. They claimed I needed washers even though the bed was together before without them. They also said someone would contact me to help set up those things, and that hasnandacirc;??t happened yet nor have I received a phone call regarding my lost tv cord even though I called multiple times.

This is the 3rd time I have used 2 men and a truck from the same location. I was told I would be updated each day with the progress and I was not. I had to constantly call to try to get information. Many items showed up broken or damaged and they did not set up one of the beds they said they would set up before they left. I have not had a single contact from anyone since the movers left until this survey.

Staff was friendly. Movers were professional, easy to work with and very accommodating. While the move ultimately took longer than anticipated, the movers did not show any frustration or irritation w/ the additional time and effort that had to be taken. All were cordial and willing to assist to make the process as smooth as could be.

Our moving team -- Jamaal, Cody, Antonio, and Michael -- was outstanding. They were friendly, efficient, helpful, and did a fantastic job moving two houses into one house. We are so grateful for their help and will highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to all our friends and family members. Office support during the process was also fantastic. I worked with Sean, who made everything so easy. Thank you so much for the terrific service!

I had just gotten down here, my UPack Relocubes were supposed to be dropped off the next day and I was calling around trying to find anyone to help me unload them. Just so happens you guys were able to slide me into a spot and through some chaos make it work. Everyone was real nice and understanding about the fact that these things were out of my hands on when they were coming and the fact that they were late (not once but twice). Will definitely call you guys first whenever I move out.

2 young men came to the door. Moved out of the apartment and into a home. I attempted to get them to move the items in various bedrooms and the dropped some boxes in the kitchen area without even asking me where it was going. I thought they were finished so I signed saying that it was all good. After they left, I found boxes in the garage that could've been brought into the bedrooms and we had to move them in. They didn't even give me a walkthrough of their complete work. They also charged me $570. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
