I would have given an andquot;excellentandquot; or andquot;goodandquot; review, but then I noticed that some items were damaged! After the guys left, I was inspecting everything, and then I noticed that my washer/dryer were both scratched on top!! Both were scratched!! I guess they stacked stuff on top of them and scratched them. Also, I noticed that some items had sand/dirt on them. I'm talking significant dirt/sand. I believe this came from the dirty pads they used. When they were packing, I noticed that some of the pads had dirt/sand on them. I should have objected at that time, but it was too late. This company needs to address this problem. It's not good practice to use dirty pads on furniture!! What's the point??!!

The moving crew was courteous and professional. They exercised great care of and respect for our property. My only complaint would be that the truck was not equipped with the hydraulic Tommy lift that we were promised by your office representative. Consequently, the 3-man crew had a difficult time loading and unloading my 750 lb gun safe. They managed as best they could without getting hurt or damaging my property.

William and Robert were so professional yet friendly and personable. Every piece of furniture was treated with great care! Thank you for sending these great men to move me!

The move couldn't have gone smoother. The guys packed everything, drove to my new address - 3 hours away - and unloaded efficiently and with very little property damage (I did notice a couple of small scratches, but I'm not sure those weren't there before). The price was good for the move as well.
