Meet the Team
Nick
Move Consultant
Nick is one of our three Moving Consultants here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Austin. Although the most recent addition to the team, he brings some more recent hands-on experience. Having worked on the trucks at the beginning of his employment, he learned quickly how to estimate the time needed for a move and the particular challenges to assess early on in the estimating process. In his spare time, he pursues his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and takes his dog Hatch to the park.
Dan is one of the veteran managers for the Austin franchise. He loves his job so much that he can’t believe how fast the time goes when 4:00 PM comes around. One of his favorite things about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the camaraderie among the various franchise locations throughout the country. When a crew from out of state needs additional movers for an interstate move, Dan is glad to put his own teams out for hire.
Harrison has been a Customer Service Representative for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Austin for a little over two years. One of his favorite pastimes is to travel. He also enjoys golf. Every time he books a new move, he is that much closer to booking his next trip. When he does travel he likes to fly so that he can take a break from his daily commute in South Austin traffic.
Michael assists with managing the office. He spends many hours at his desk doing data entry. When he takes a break he longs for adventure as he stares at his screen background of the Fiji islands. He wonders sometimes why everyone is so nice to him and loves to talk about their favorite consumer products. It’s almost as if he were caught unaware in a reality show. Regardless, he does his best to get the job done right.
Sean is our veteran Sales Consultant here at TMT Austin. He’s been around so long that he has set the standard for Business Casual. Almost every day is Hawaiian Shirt Day, which only reminds the other office staff of how far away their next vacation will be. But Sean is serious about his job and sets the example of arriving early to be ready to assist the day’s customers.
Dale is an assistant manager for TMT Austin. He understands customer satisfaction in a high pace environment from his experience in large warehouses and aviation. He enjoys motivating his team to become better versions of themselves. He is an original Austinite and remembers a time before the Frost Tower, when Leslie frequented downtown, and when the “Hi, how are you?” frog was added to the Sound Exchange. You can really see his face light up when you know about classic games like Zelda or four-pawed family members. Keep Austin Weird!
Eric is one of the veteran managers of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Austin. The buck stops here. One of his daily responsibilities is to warn Chad about eating too many protein bars from the stash of free office snacks. In fact, anyone who snatches a free snack has to get past Eric first.
Zach just recently finished 1 year at TMT Austin. He started out on the trucks and then for a little while worked as the hiring manager. He now is one of the operations managers which is by far the most rewarding. He gets to drive the company vehicle every day and whenever he feels like it, he can stop by the main office to snag some protein bars. And wherever the crews are short on a given day, he is the first in line to jump back on the trucks.
Chad is the HR manager for the Austin locations. He really gives careful attention to the details. One time he noticed that a new member of the office staff forgot to bring his lunch. Chad was quick to point out that there were still plenty of extra protein bars in the back office area. Although he himself eats them every day, he makes sure to order an abundance so that he is not the only one to enjoy them.
Garrett has been the Quality Control Manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Austin since 2018. He really enjoys the interactions he has with our customers and our employees. Garrett also enjoys a good haircut. So much so that he gets his haircut every week. If you ever see a photo of Garrett from 10 years ago, he will look just like this.
Jesse has had many roles at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Before becoming an Operations Manager, he was a Driver on the trucks and a recruiting manager. To be so versatile, one must have a good attitude and no one has a better attitude than Jesse aka Mr. Positive. When Jesse shows up to work at 7:00 am after fighting Austin traffic he is guaranteed to have a smile on his face. When it's raining outside it's still a nice day in Jesse's mind. If he were to step on a rake and it was to hit him in the face, yup, he's still smiling. There really isn't anything that gets him upset. That is, of course, you try to eat one of his french fries. That's not a good idea.
The Head of Security position is one of the longest-held office positions at the Austin franchise. It is also highly coveted as Tucker gets first dibs on unwanted leftovers that the other office staff doesn't want. He has done his job so well that he has secured for himself a nice retirement plan.
