Movers were quick, on time, and respectful. Got everything done in half the time I was quoted for, while taking great care of my belongings! Even installed my washer/dryer for me and moved furniture multiple times in the living room while I decided on a layout! Would (and have) recommend to a friend

Awesome team! They worked hard and had great attitudes! The work took considerably longer than expected: I don’t think the “virtual walkthroughs” are very effective…for the “price” I think it would be good to send an “actual” estimator, or at least better train the people that do the “virtual” walk-through.

I cannot speak highly enough of the 2 that showed up to help with my move today. They were both very professional and very respectful. As a team they worked like a well oiled machine. They took time with each item and treated them like they were their own belongings.

The service was excellent through out the process. They got back to me promptly after the initial inquiry. They got my information and created a tentative contract for the move. They showed up on the time agreed and worked until it was all loaded. They delivered the next day 400 miles away. Unloading went well. The team was great.

I had a last minute move across the country and 2 Men and a Truck were able to accommodate me with everything (using crates). Overall it was a positive experience. I was impressed with their speed and flexibility. The unloading crew in Chattanooga was a day early, and came earlier than expected on the day of unload. They unloaded my stuff quickly and unpacked everything fairly well (a few loud thuds but no damage). My crates weren’t full, so 2 Men added empty boxes to keep things from shifting in transit. I chose to keep these boxes, and heard the crew laughing about this as they were leaving my apartment. Upon arrival, 2 of my sterilite totes were cracked from stacking heavy items on top of light items. The crew member who dollied these in didn’t tell me or apologize for 2 Men’s mistake. I’m waiting on 2 Men for compensation for these damages. (This may have been the load crew, I’m not sure). Overall, for a last minute move across the country, this was a good service. But a few errors leave me rating them 4.5 stars.
