Y’all were great! The only complaint I had was a lack of pre- move and day of communication. I didn’t get a confirmation of my move until I asked for a delivery window the day before. My delivery window was wrong & no one bothered to call an inform me of that until I called to say no one showed up.

The crew that came to move me worked harder than most. The move was difficult and was done safely and efficiently. There was a big emphasis on being safe first and I appreciate that.

I was worried that the refrigerator that was being moved would not fit through the door it was being moved from, but they removed the refrigerator doors to make it fit. It also would not have fit through the interior door at the house it was being moved to. With the doors off, it fit through both locations with no problem. They also put the doors back on the refrigerator. Good job!

Movers moved quickly and moved fragile items carefully. They did complain about how the items were packed, which made us uncomfortable. Everything else was great.
