Overall our experience was excellent. I rated the service as "good" because there was some confusion. First, the team was a man short, but we were notified by a supervisor that the 4th man would be at our home within 45 minutes. When he showed up, he asked me to walk him through the move - which I'd already done with the man who I thought was the lead person that day. This kept recurring. Also, at the end of the day, the man who sat with us doing paperwork forgot to take our check and we had to wait for the group to return to pick it up. They also left a set of straps and some padding at our home which we returned to the local office. Everyone was very pleasant, worked hard and completed the job in less time than we anticipated.

This is the second time I've used this company. I was, once again, pleased with everything relative to the move and how they handled my possessions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Although the truck had an overheating problem and caused an hour delay of arrival, the gentlemen who moved us were very professional, positive,
friendly and efficient. They did a wonderful job. The office, management, reduced the travel fee to make up for the late arrival. I would hire Two Men and a Truck again if I needed movers. I was very pleased with the company as a whole.

Moving team handled my furniture with great care. Some furniture were disassembled and reassembled to its original condition. They used great judgment parking the truck to its capacity. The are professional.

I was not happy with all the paint from wall/s on my furniture. I have all kinds of chips and paint marks on my furniture. This is a brand new house, I have chips out of the wall, paint knocked off certain areas. This is totally unacceptable, and I will not use this company again.

Was told would be a 4 hour job. Ended up being over 7 hours. Mostly due to poor leadership, moving skills and poor communication. On cell phones and carrying on conversations on the job. All of which I paid for! Lost my feet to one of my chairs. Damaged 2 walls. Staff did not call back after saying they would. Left voice mails. Even the director did not call me back like he said he would. I own my business and when problems arise you own up to it and make it right. So far this company doesn’t do what is right in that aspect and I am about to blow the internet up with the experience we have had thus far. Can’t even call me back to do what is right. Sad!

Alex and guys that came out were awesome. They were funny and very personable. They made a usually stressful time so much easier. Can’t thank them enough.
