Meet Our Team

As of 2024, David has officially been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for 10 amazing years! David started out as a mover and quickly climbed the ladder. David earned the title of training manager in July of 2015, after showing just how committed he was to the team! In June of 2016, he became our Murfreesboro Operations Manager. Still climbing up the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ladder, David then started as an Operations Manager of our Franklin Location, he oversaw all of our moves in Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Hendersonville. In. 2016 he received the “Presidents Leadership” and keeps expanding his leadership by also completing the Moving Managers Forward Program. In 2020, David became our Regional Quality Assurance Manager. David takes care of all customer concerns, damages, and any problems that need to be addressed during the moving process. When David is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family watching great movies, playing basketball, or being involved in any way with cars!

Nick Roerig

Nick also began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Columbus, OH in 2003 as a mover/driver. At the time, Nick was working with his fellow business partner, Gordon, and both were determined to grow within the company. Nick also was offered a position to open the new franchise is Tucson, Ariz. and built it from the ground up. Once this location had proven to be successful, Nick moved to Mesa, Ariz. as the general manager. After a few years of saving and preparing for their own franchise, Nick and Gordon came back together and bought the Brentwood franchise in 2012. Nick truly loves the business he is in, and the people he gets to work with every day. When Nick is not busy running this business, he loves spending time with his high school sweetheart and wife, Kelly.

Gordon Shaffer

Gordon began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Columbus, OH in 2003 while attending Ohio State. He began as a mover and quickly worked hard and become a driver, followed by a field trainer. During this time, he met fellow franchisee Nick Roerig, who also worked at the Columbus, OH franchise. Both were very eager to move forward into management, and after four months in the field trainer position, Nick and Gordon began working towards their own franchise. Both were offered management roles in Tucson, AZ and built these franchises from the ground up. They held every position from customer service representative to manager. Once these locations were up and running, Gordon went to Las Vegas, NV to start a new franchise. After a few years of saving and preparing for their own franchise, Gordon and Nick came back together and bought the Brentwood franchise in 2012. Since then, this franchise has over doubled in size and added a satellite location in Murfreesboro, Tenn.

Micah our Sales Manager, leverages his extensive knowledge and experience to ensure top-notch service and customer satisfaction throughout the Middle-Tennessee region. His successful involvement with various startups highlights his innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. Committed to his career and ongoing education, Micah strives to excel and make a positive impact in the moving industry. He excels in training and developing sales teams, demonstrating his dedication to helping others reach their full potential. When not driving sales, Micah indulges in his passion for C8 Corvettes and is an avid supporter of the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.

Sharon, originally from Nashville joined our team in April of 2019. Because of her background in sales, Sharon has really become a huge asset to our team! She started as a move consultant, providing move estimates for customers and helping assist them with anything related to their move. Sharon was then promoted to Sales Team lead, leading everyone to success! She enjoys working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because of the family atmosphere, she loves the story behind the company and our Movers for Moms® program! When she isn't at work you can see her reading a good book and spending time with her family!

Charles began his career in the moving industry in 1998 with a local moving company in his hometown in Lansing Michigan. In 2005, he began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Lansing and worked his way from mover to sales manager in a few short years. In June 2013, Charles relocated to Franklin as the general manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Brentwood. He now oversees all Middle TN locations.

Sarah, our Human Resource Manager, joined our team back in February 2017 and has quickly become one of our key players. As our Sales Lead, Sarah not only provides training to our move consultants but also leads them towards success. Her passion for working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK comes from the friendly atmosphere and the people she works with. Sarah values the family atmosphere at work which makes every day an enjoyable experience. In her free time, she loves to read books and experiment with cooking and baking.

Kayla loves working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because of the amazing culture and easy-going work environment. She looks forward to coming into the office every day!

Steven has been a Move Consultant with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, since early 2022! He is from Tennessee and has experience in customer service with management and sales. Steven enjoys working here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because of the people and the environment. He enjoys rock climbing and spending time with his family! Keep up the good work Steven!

Rayvin has been an integral part of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team since the Spring of 2022. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their moves. In her time away from work, Rayvin enjoys singing karaoke, spending time with her cats, and going to concerts! Rayvin's favorite part of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is our annual 4th of July and Holiday parties!

Josiah is an essential part of our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, having joined us in February 2023. He loves the camaraderie among his coworkers and the positive work environment that encourages everyone to have fun while getting the job done. Josiah is passionate about music and spends a lot of his free time playing the piano. He also enjoys playing tennis with his wife and dreams of traveling to Athens, Greece, to explore the city's rich history and delicious cuisine. Josiah is known for his infectious sense of humor and has tried his hand at stand-up comedy a few times.
