It was a stressful office move that turned into two days instead of one. I can't say enough good things about the moving team. They never once complained and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Every person on the team was professional, courteous, and worked really hard. I will only use Two Men and a Truck going forward.

Greg and his partner (Alfred? I cannot remember his name and I feel terrible about that) were excellent. Very social and easy to hold a conversation with. They worked fast and professionally and the move in was completed in one hour, maybe a little less. I would recommend them for any moving job and indeed the company as a whole. I will be using Two Men and a Truck again if I ever have to move, guaranteed.

My experience with the fact you charge a travel fee of $135.00 regardless of the time traveled. I was told that if the crew and truck was 2 blocks away from my house that there is still a travel fee of $135.00
Traveling isn’t my problem, that should be absorbed by the company because it’s the cost of doing business. I’m getting 0 benifits out of your travel policy. Also in my city I’m warning person about your policy. I certainly hope charging me $135.00 travel fee was worth it for you

Our travel fee covers the time for the men, truck, and equipment to make it from our location out to the load address, as well as the time from the unload address back to our location. It is a flat-fee that doesn’t change even if our movers are delayed by inclement weather, or traffic. We have no problem explaining to this every single customer.
