Estimate was way off. Besides the truck, we filled 2 16 ft. Pods, a U-Haul trailer and 2 cars. Movers did not take one queen mattress so I should receive a refund for one queen cover. Mowers did not put any mattresses in the covers. Movers took door off frame and threw hinge pins full of black grease on white bedroom carpet and left greasy marks all over door. Movers took longer than estimated. I had to pick up their water bottles (we supplied) all over the property, inside and out. The movers were pleasant and worked fairly diligently.

The move went very well. The men were well trained and courteous and were very careful in assuring that all furniture and other objects were well protected, carefully handled and transported. Furniture that required re-assembly was reassembled and placed where requested. Only accident was the breaking of a glass piece for the top of a dresser, which they immediately reported to their office. I was advised by the movers and confirmed with the office that a replacement piece of glass will be ordered and delivered.

Everything was great. The only criticism we have is that the movers did not have the correct tools to do their job. We had large filing cabinets and we had to use our own carpet slider pieces to move the filing cabinets. I wish they had a had something similar to what you use to move a fridge. Nobody was hurt in the process but it could have gone forward with less effort. The attitudes of the movers were awesome. They were top notch guys. Thank you for helping us!

The office staff was extremely helpful and kept everything very organized and updated. On moving days, I had a very enjoyable experience with Brian Oatney and Brian Sherwood. They were very respectful, kind and took very good care of our things. They were fun and seemed to enjoy what they were doing even in 90•+ weather. I’m very happy to have chosen 2 Men and a Truck. Our movers were hustling for over 12 hrs. After a 2.5 he drive they still had the same stamina. I was not able to be there but my wife was. They set her up a bed to sleep on for the night. They even unloaded our personal car for us. Tipped them generously. Will definitely use them again.

We have moved 8 times in the 20 years we have been married. Two Men and a Truck was the BEST experience we have had of those 8 experiences!!! The team was professional--in appearance and interaction and they were engaged and had VERY positive, can-do attitudes that we have not experienced as a while Team. Great experience in helping me move my furniture 200 miles from Murfreesboro, TN to Bartlett, TN. The three gentlemen worked hard and were very pleasant to deal with. Their services were worth every penny and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I could not be any more pleased with the care and service I received. Two Men & a Truck is absolutely the Cadillac of moving Companies. Rico, Bryan and Austin C worked carefully and diligently to make sure my items arrived without damage. They were incredibly courteous and had a great attitude. There was a level of customer service from beginning to end that I thought was gone forever in our culture. Not True! Thank you Two Men & a Truck for the best moving experience possible. Kudos!!
