Everything went smoothly from setup to delivery. Everyone involved was courteous and professional including the “two men” Jeff and Luke who carefully packed, moved, and unpacked our furniture in a timely fashion. I will call on them again if ever the need arises.

The movers were very nice but what should have taken max 5 hours took 7 1/2 as they were not strong enough to move all items easily. They also moved an item into my upstairs master bedroom that was the wrong piece and took 20 minutes to bring it back downstairs and then the correct one upstairs and charged me by the hour. It was their mistake.

The young men did all they could to make us happy. We have some damages we need to get resolved which I have faith they will be. Several broken china, damaged chest, broken glass top to coffee table and damage to my husbands desk.

I think there should be a little better communication between the moving people and the customer. The men took a 15 minute break, which is ok if it is discussed and not charged to the customer. We noticed that none of the movers had come and gone from the apartment for 15 minutes before we walked outside and saw them on a break. They were very efficient when working and did a good job.

BEST move we've had! Had 3 long distance moves prior with a variety of issues, however this move with Two Men and a Truck was overall the best move experience. The team was courteous, took care in what they moved, validated upon arrival at new location where each item was to go, and rearranged things for us where minor adjustments in our move location were identified upon arrival to new house.

This is our third time to hire your company recently. We had a complicated move. Every time was excellent. Thank you!
