I called the first time was given a rate and price and when I called back it was not in the system. 2nd time they put everything in the system and the mover were given the wrong date. 3rd time they finally got it right.

Overall, great experience. Donandacirc;??t believe the movers were trained as they took several breaks at my expense. These breaks consisted of smoking and on their phones.

We started our moving day early in the morning and there was already a miscommunication between the movers and the office scheduler. The original team of two thought they needed three and one of the movers did not want to finish the jod as he had a game to attend later in the day. They callled a third guy in who was not prepared to go the distance but graciously accepted the circumstance and carried in professionally. My husband and I had to assist in moving as the time your office suggested it would take was way under scheduled. Although we liked two of the guys we felt our move could of gone much smoother. Some of items were damaged from carelessness.

Excellent experience! Movers were careful, courteous and helpful! The office staff was exceptional - answered all of my questions and accommodated an extra storage night when our new home wasn't quite ready for all of our items.

These movers are excellent!! Iandacirc;??ve used another company before that was horrible, so I was hesitant to even use a moving company. Two Men and a Truck changed that. Scheduling the move was super easy, and the office staff was so nice and courteous. The movers themselves were prompt, quick but careful and I felt comfortable around them. Iandacirc;??m a single mom, and being able to trust strangers with my belongings is huge for me. I had no worries though. I will definitely be scheduling the move to our new house with Two Men and a Truck. And, Iandacirc;??ve already told everyone I know how great they are!!

The moving team was very caring of our belongings and desired to please. Once, I changed my mind and asked the team to carry the queen mattress and box springs back downstairs after they had been directed to put it upstairs. They pleasantly did so. They made the the task of a moving day much more enjoyable. It was very nice to have met young men who display such integrity.

The office staff notifications before and during weandacirc;??re very helpful and courteous. The men were fantastic. After thinking about it after the move was complete I wished that I would have tipped the guys more. They worked in a way that saved time which saved me money. Highly recommended and more affordable than I thought.
