The only issue we had was a rip in the laundry room linoleum when the washing machine was moved. Awaiting a call from the claims team on that issue.

I asked for items in china cabinet be marked and packed separately. They did not honor this and left boxes in kitchen that I couldn't lift. Items in spare bedroom totally unorganized and I can't get to anything. They worked slowly and I feel I was overcharged. I had to carry stuff from rooms to front of house to help them. They had no sense of urgency. And I have no clue how to find anything. I will never use them again. A horrible experience. Sales person said she would send 100 boxes. I only used 2 wardrobes and 7 boxes. I am due some refund.
