My wall got damaged during move into house but some to be expected as the area is narrow and I had big furniture

We recently did three moves (i) January 31 (Zack, Baxter and Marquise Morris), (ii) February 1 (Hibbard and Jackson), and (iii) February 4 (Morris and Baxter again). All three moves and all three teams were super professional and highly efficient and all EXTREMELY HARD WORKERS. You probably don't pay these guys nearly enough - they're all top notch and went the extra mile - especially the first team who worked very late to move the bulk of our home from a rental to a three story home, and got up the next morning to do another move at 7 the next morning followed by a drive to New York city. I've never used movers before, have one more garage to move (and will hopefully never move again) but will always use/recommend your company and these crews if I do. 100% satisfied customer here.

The guys doing the moving were great. And the people I talked to in the office were great. BUT, we did get bumped from our time because of an office issue. We had to postpone our move from the weekend to a workday. Thankfully, you guys made the price right for the inconvenience.

Office knew that I had a garage and extra small U-Haul to unload but movers said they were not informed. Showed up late. They got lost. Very very slow. DiJuan was disrespectful to my father. Unprofessional. Put 1 hole in wall and several other dings/scratches on walls in my new house. Complained the entire time. DiJuan had no idea how to fill out paperwork. Could not answer any questions about it. They ran over the time frame estimated and I was charged more than my quote. This is the first poor experience I have had with the company. I have Used them in FL, NC and SC before. Last time was in July 2018 and the service was excellent.

Had used service before to move my son from South to North Carolina. Asked for same crew to move my belongings a few weeks later, but turned out they were not available. To my pleasant surprise, the new crew treated me and my belongings just as good as the first crew did for my son. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend them to friends or family in need of moving help. Thanks for the professional service and personal touch by each of your employees.
