Movers broke the spindle on my queen mahogany bed. And suggested I put back together with wood glue.
When moving my grandfather clock, all the weights fell out on the floor.
When they packed my formal white upholstered chairs in the truck they placed outdoor patio furniture on top and huge dark water stain requiring professional cleaning.
Will never use two men and a truck again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Two Men and a Truck. I have moved across the country multiple times in the last ten years, and this was my first local move, and best experience with moving yet. The movers were not only kind and courteous, they also took great care to ensure my belongings were not damaged, and they placed everything in the correct location inside my house. My stairs turn twice, and it can be tricky to bring big pieces of furniture upstairs. One dresser dented the wall in a few places. The driver told me about it before I even noticed, apologized, took photos and said someone would be calling to take care of it. That response was so quick and so pleasant. I have even recommended y'all to a friend who moved recently & he had a great experience!

I did have some damage done tinny headboard and when I called they went out of their way to find a resolution. Thank you so much !!

Driver hit fence when backing in driveway. Movers tools were worn out, had to borrow tools, hand truck had a flat tire. Furniture would not fit in truck had to wait on another truck and furniture switched to bigger truck. Cleaners even complained about how slow they were.
Scratched floor during move. At new house fell down/laid down after every upstairs move, had movers before but never had any that laid down in the floor. Spilled drink on carpet during one of the lay downs where drink was in their pocket. 3rd helper only moved small items and that was only when he was told. I realize it was a very hot day, they had already moved someone else and were tired, but; some of this was unexceptable!

Some chips on furniture and doorway but overall good

Arrived on time and did a good job getting furniture wrapped and ready for move. Worked pretty fast and even beat us to the new house. Seemed to care about how belongings. One TV did get damaged and I am trying to get a claim for it.

The move took three times as long as expected, movers said the estimate was wrong and they weren’t expecting the volume of boxes and rooms. Though the estimate clearly stated the correct number of room. One of the movers complained several times as well as put dings in the walls of both residences. We paid over twice as much as expected. Job got done, but was not satisfied with the attitudes or professionalism of the movers. Not sure if the problem started with the office or the movers, but more organization is clearly needed.

team was on time. person that gave us a quote before the job came to the house. a competitor only wanted to give hourly quotes over the phone. that made me want to go with your company. Plan was to pack us one day and move us the next. Leader indicated that it would take 1 day to pack but 2 days to move us. He worked with us to move the things the first day that were most important so that we could sleep in the house that night. team was efficient. have unpacked only 10% of the boxes and so far very little damage. team had a good attitude and they helped each other out when needed. Jerome was an outstanding leader. others were Jed, Matt M., Michael, Pat D, Deonte. I would give them all an A+ mark for their work.

The only problem was is the bang the door with the couch coming in and scrape the paint it's a brand new apartment and then they scrape the wall once other than that it was great

Great experience as a whole. Movers did great job came in faster then expected. Saved me a massive hassle.

Only negative was the pens for a bookshelf where lost. Ordered some off amazon for cheap so not a problem for me as I’m sure I would of lost them had I moved everything myself. Lol
