I was very pleased with the communication I received from the office before, during and after my move. 3 young men arrived on time to my scheduled move. I was GRATEFUL for the call with their ETA when leaving the prior job! They were all respectful and asked questions to make sure my needs were met. One guy (TJ) was very knowledgeable of how to work and led the other 2. I feel like more care could have been taken with some of the larger pieces to avoid scuffs and minor scratches, but all can be repaired. I would recommend this company. THANK YOU for being so professional.

I am happy with this recent move, as well as the one prior. The only thing I am dissapointed with is that a desk of mine was broken in this recent move. The movers, primarily the one who broke it, were very apologetic, respectful, and kind. I am disappointed that the office staff didn't ask how I'd like to handle this break but rather informed me how much they would send me (i.e. didn't ask the price of the desk or offer to fix it).

Jerome and his partner did a great job of padding and wrapping my furniture. I’ve moved several times, but I’ve never experienced this much padding. Unfortunately, I still had some damage to a wooden headboard. Thankfully I had paid for the additional insurance, and Two Men and a Truck quickly took care of the repairs, no questions asked. I would highly recommend this company!

We have used two men and a truck before. With our previous move- which was a small two bedroom apartment we had three movers and it was so smooth. With our current move it was two movers for three bedrooms. Not only was it slow, but there was a lot of damage to the walls as they tried to move things by themselves and I ended up helping. They also could not take everything even after I showed them what was being taken and was quoted for those items because they packed the truck wrong and I didn’t want to have to pay for extra time to have them repack the truck. I’m highly disappointed and never received a phone call back as promised when I was asked if my experience was okay-which was in front of the movers, on speaker phone, before they left. Extremely disappointed.

Moving team was courteous and friendly. They really were interested in taking care of our things. Also they were careful to take care of the walls and corners of both our old and new homes. The team members were respectful of us and our property. They had a positive attitude. Matt was the team leader and I think he set and lived the expectations of the team. The only downside was, after the truck was backed into place for unloading, one of the team let the back door swing open and it hit, and very slightly dented, the gutter of our brand-new home. It was definitely an accident, and the team was sorry it happened. My wife and I give the team, and the company, an 'A+'!

Overall experience was positive. Office staff and moving teams worked hard to ensure move went as smoothly as possible. A little damage to walls occurred during move but only where furniture was moved in tight spaces.

They broke multiple antique items, made demands about how and when they would 'fix' i.e. pay for things ... They were irreplaceable and no amount of $ can bring them whole! ... I would let them move my children's outdoor play set!!! They sent me a bunch of kids with no moving experience what so ever ... Completely UNprofessional!

It wasn't until after the move that we realized we'd been had. We spent the better part of a week discovering and moving stuff from the old location that was supposed to be moved by Two Men and a Truck. We found fully packed boxes, our belongs left on shelves, in drawers and in corners left behind at the old location. We still are missing items and have some damaged furniture which we discovered after their deadline to report it (96 hours).

I have multiple pieces of furniture that was damaged when we moved on June 19. To date, repairs have not been started and I'm still finding damage to furniture. This is preventing me from being able to set up my living space. I did finally speak to someone today and guaranteed I would hear from the repair person this week. Also, the movers had told me they would drop 1 hour off the final bill because they put in the wrong address but this wasn't adjusted either. I'm very disappointed in the service I received compared to the past experience and the financial cost was extremely high in regards to all the damage that occurred.

The movers did not pack the truck efficiently and intelligently, and this resulted in one of my tables getting broken. In addition. I reiterated to them more than once how we needed to put things into the storage building -- tight and smart, because a huge load is coming in December. They continued to toss boxes up into the loft area, forcing me to scramble into the loft to piece things in efficiently. They weren't careful with boxes, repeatedly dropping them. Over and over, I had to come behind them and have them move something to a different place.
