Please double check the addresses. At the last minute my husband caught an error that would have had the team showing up in a different town.
The movers need to double check their work, too. They forgot to re-attach a dresser mirror, and another team came the next day to do it.
Over all, we were pleased with the politeness of the movers and their willingness to do what we wished.

The movers were professional and courteous. There was a billing error but the office team handled it quickly and easily.

The team was efficient and friendly! This is our second move this year with Two Men and very happy with both experiences!

The professional, prompt and easy service of Two Men and a Truck is extraordinary! I have used them twice now and each move has been smooth and great to work with your company. One with think quality of service would diminish over time, but in fact the second move was even better than the first move! And moving is very stressful as it is. Thank you!! Have already reported the damage done to two doors and a door jamb, but the moving men should have pointed it out and reported it to you also, and they didn’t.
There are also marks on the wall as you enter the elevator, which I tried to clean and couldn’t and scratches on the floors which I have repaired. They did not know how to take apart a four poster bed, so they left that in the old apartment.

Give your moving team better equipment for lifting and rolling various bulky items. What they have at present time is below par.

My experience was great. I had to move my close date and Two Men and a Truck worked with me to move our contents to another location. The gentlemen, JW, William, Jay and Everett were great in loading and unloading the trucks with the additional items making them fit into such small storage space.
