The moving team was great. The office staff needs a refresher course. They sent a small truck when my move required a large truck resulting in two trips having to be made. On top of that they expected me to pay for the second trip...Negative! Some of the office staff, meagan and stacey in particular handled themselves in a professional manner whereas abigail was RUDE to the point that I asked to speak with meagan instead. She definitely could use a refresher course in professionalism

William and Tay were amazing! They have the best work ethic and performance! We were going through a difficult move with my mother in law to assisted living and they truly made the transition much easier. They were kind, so helpful and positive. We truly need more men in the world like them!

Great experience...professional, punctual, and very pleasant to work with.

The Move was smooth and fast. My only issue is that I am missing a $350 pair of beats headphones that were ripped out of the box inside my desk. This was a Christmas gift. Oh well I still have the box! I can't trust these people again! It is a shame that they have to steal!

Your team did a wonderful job, they were personable, and they made me feel like our furniture and our family were going to be well taken care of during our move. We are so thankful for your dedicated team of hard workers!!

The moving crew did a great job.
Only one comment and that is that they had to remove 2 doors to offices to remove furniture.
They did not put the doors back up, and we had to have workers come out and do that.
