Thanks to team that completed my move in the “pouring”rain! I tried to change my move from a 100% rainy Friday move to a 40% Saturday move, same cost; but since I had a few changes prior, I think the office personnel that took my last move request was not being considered. I really felt “harsh” for thes guys moving me in the heavy rain but they did excellent and “represented” Two Men and a Truck” well!!! Because of their decimation I would use company again, but I’m not satisfied with last Staff person saying they were booked and didn’t offer an opinion, but cut conversation short like she was annoyed. Not good customer service, a customer can pick up on annoyance over the phone.

Phil was pleasant from the moment we were greeted until the moment the team departed. This was after working at our location for eight hours straight in addition to moving another home before ours. He worked overtime and did not seem to mind.

Wonderful moving experience! Clarence and Mack were amazing and two of the hardest working people we have ever seen. They didn't waste one minute getting the move done. They were very careful handling our furniture and made sure nothing was damaged. Highly professional, prompt and proud of their work. Best move we ever made thanks to Two Men and a Truck and Clarence and Mack. Made the move to our new home so much easier and pleasant. Cannot say enough good things about your company and the amazing team of Clarence and Mack. So great to actually receive a service above and beyond expectations. Thank you!

Overall we were totally pleased with our experience. We had to make a few changes due to unforeseen situations and Shannon Newton was accommodating and so helpful. The drivers couldn’t have been nicer. They worked hard and efficient. We tipped them nicely. They deserved it. Thank you. Will highly recommend your services.

I was very impressed with two men and a truck, from my first phone of inquiry, to the completed job. They office staff were very responsive and knowledgeable. There was some minor damage to a wall, but the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I will certainly use this company again and recommend to friends.
