Sam and Joseph showed up and we gave them a walk through of what needed to be done and it was done. These two guys are a big asset to your company and if I could, I would hire them at my employment. I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS FAIR TO PAY FOR 3 HOURS OF WORK WHEN IT WAS LITERALLY A HOUR & A HALF (the men had to procrastinate to get the 2 hours). Because the office staff was good at contacting me back & giving me information I was able to prepare and was ready for the move. The problem that I have is the estimation. It was an estimation of 3 hours but because we had done most of the work it literally took a hour & a half to move the large items. The guys were GREAT and friendly. I do not feel it's fair to pay for something you don't get. Hindsight is 20/20 maybe next time I will use minute man movers. I will post my review on Google. I do feel cheated.
