Was very pleased with the work of Two Men and a Truck. From setting it up over the phone to the guys that came out to do the move, everyone was kind and wanted to do a great job. Highly recommend.

1) the movers were fantastic and super efficient
2) the office team was awful, I scheduled for 12, they put me down for 3 but scheduled the movers for all day and they didn’t arrive till 4:45 and the office kept telling me they were on their way for hours

We apologize that you were only happy with your movers and not the office staff. Every afternoon job is given a 12p-4p arrival time with a 30min call ahead. It looks like the customer before you had more items, and we did not want to leave their move unfinished. Therefore, it caused us to arrive just outside your window at 415PM. However, I hope you find satisfaction in the fact that the move went 1.25hours under the estimate saving you around $200!

The three men were very respectful and professional with the loading and unloading. They were timely coming to my house. To be honest they are the best of all my three service I've had with Two Men and a Truck. The other two before were good these three are workers that enjoy their job , and work professionally. They are keepers.
Response
Thank you, Ms. Odessa! We think Larry, Travis and Cole are keepers too!
