We had to leave quite a bit of our belongings behind because they would not fit it the truck and truck ended up overweight. It would have been nice to know theirs ahead of time so that we could choose the items to discard rather than just leaving the items that were left once the truck was already loaded.

Unfortunately one of the men left his sweatshirt here. Let us know if there's anyway to get it back to him. The only issue we had was with the office and the arrival time. There was confusion regarding the arrival time and it could have been handled better on your end. The service itself was excellent.
