Great job. However, I wish someone from the office called me and assured me that, despite the winter storm, the movers would still come. They came! But I was unsure because of the storm.

Our movers were great. Very polite, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be using this company again.

At this time, I can only comment on the packing, and actual move. Since it will take me a while to completely unpack, I have no idea about the contents of the boxes. The two gentlemen who saw me through the entirety of my move were very polite and respectful. I was very happy that they were able to use the boxes that I had stored instead of using your boxes which is the main reason I picked your company for my move. I was present during all the furniture and boxes being moved, and they were very careful with my belongings. I was so happy about that, because some of it was from my parents after they passed away. I would like to say that the estimate I received for my belongings to be moved was underestimated and not all of my things were packed - truck was slightly overweight.

Jerome and Jason were on time and moved my daughter very efficiently, and that was during a time when we had the first significant snow and ice in Charleston in 8 years (I even contacted the office on the day before to verify the move was still on).

Moving crew was excellent, cooperative, and technically proficient. Wrapped item well and protected walls and surfaces. Respectful.

Karna was your only assets. Had he not been on the job, l would have lost it during the move with the problems that arose with Mathew. Karan I can not tell you what loyal employee, much praise. Calling you about problem with outside grill. Suzanne

Dee and Bobby did a great job. Very good team. Very careful and quick. Rare combination. I got my money's worth.

Great overall moving experience, especially since it was my first time having to relocate large furniture pieces. I was also happy to know there was availability despite it being around the holidays and despite me contacting them only a week in advance. Friendly staff and prompt customer service. Will definitely keep this company in mind for my next move.
