Very good experience. Some repairs needed on wall area of steps and scuffed marks on steps and bedroom wall.

Eric and Freddie were great. On time, did a pre move walk through. Loaded house in an orderly manner. Only took a short break in the morning.
Were very helpful in seeing that all items were carefully handled. I had lseveral large glass top tables and they did not chip
pr break any glass tops. Nothing was broken in the move. They exceeded my expectations.

Our overall experience with the company was phenomenal! The office staff was very helpful and the movers were efficient, meticulous, and very patient. We will be using the company again for our next move.

Highly underestimated the amount of household goods to be moved

I have used this company MULTIPLE times in the past and always had excellent service. This team was AWFUL. They tried to move furniture without disassembling it and took up time trying to cram it through doors. They scuffed up doorways and walls. They broke my hutch by loading it incorrectly on a leg versus the base of the hutch. They broke a file cabinet handle. Several items have scratches as they tried to not wrap items to save time??? The team leader was rude and basically had no control over this entire move and actually created many of the issues. I would NEVER use this company again! I will be posting my experience on social media.
