The office staff were nice. The moving team was friendly and we thought everything was great. We were very pleased with how everything went and the way we were treated. That all changed. Once the movers finished delivering our furniture to our new home, we went back to our apartment to gather up the smaller items that we planned on moving ourselves. When we went into the master bedroom closet (an area the movers were not moving anything from) we discovered one of them had gone in there and taken an item we had in a case. We felt very violated by this and it ruined what would have otherwise been a wonderful experience and great memory. Our joyous moving day ended with us having to file a police report.

My movers were amazing. Brett and Terrell (I think) there were also two other gentleman that were great as well. The move was flawless and the fact that everything was wrapped and packed was amazing. Polite, courteous and professional for sure. Will never use another moving company in the future! I am a customer for life!

Overall really really good. Only thing that would have been better was if packing could have been hauled away.

My overall satisfaction was excellent; however, there were 3 items broken and I have been disappointed that they have not contacted us about repairing or replacing those items.

They came, they packed, they put in storage. The service was friendly and efficient.

My overall experience was good but I've called three times regarding shelving that was lost or left on a truck during my move and haven't been offered an explanation. The move took longer than expected but I tipped each mover $100. The lack of interest in resolving the issue over my lost property is unacceptable. I now have a piece of furniture that's missing shelving that can't be replaced. You were notified of this 20 days ago and have left me hanging, turning a good experience with your company into a bad one.

Very good efficient movers , came into apt and went right to work had me cleared out and unloaded very fast taking care with my furniture. Would recommend you to anyone thanks for the help

Two Men and a Truck handled our andquot;bigandquot; move several years ago. Our stairs had a very awkward configuration that made it hard to get big things up and down. I'd had previous experiences with movers/delivery people complaining about this, and even yelling at me about what a pain they were. As soon as they got there I started explaining/apologizing about the stairs, expecting more grumbling, but the mover just gave me a big smile and said andquot;ma'am, don't worry, it's going to be a great day.andquot; It was exactly what I needed to hear on a very stressful day. We hired them again when we needed some big furniture moved around within our current home. The project was less involved than we predicted, and they ended up charging us less than the quote. We are very happy with the service we've received.

Two Men and a Truck was great! The crew was awesome and made moving into a new house, a stress-free experience! I definitely recommend 2 Men and a Truck to anyone moving!

Shauna was extremely accommodating with scheduling my move, including working with me on a change of date situation. Allen, the lead mover, was very knowledgeable and listened to what was needed and got it done. He was easy going which put me at ease.
