Damaged my formal dining furniture. Lady said she would get someone to repair it and never heard back from her. Based on that I would never use or refer. $50.00 furniture pad kit you are required to buy is a joke.

It was a very hot day and they handled it well. They did dent my washer and dryer, they did not set up the bed and did not leave the screws so I could put the bed back together and they stacked all the boxes towards the front of the garage so I couldn't get to the back of the garage or stack anymore boxes in there. I had a guest come 4 days after we were moved and have texted him several times asking him to just leave them on my porch so I could put the bed together and he never did so my guest had to sleep with mattresses on the floor. Was not pleased overall about this.

I had scratch marks on my floor, my refrigerator was damaged and was replaced with a refrigerator that now makes noise after less than a week of being delivered. The freezer doesn't have an adjustment knob. Was told it was about a year old, but have been informed it's much older than that. It has a stainless steel door, but the rest of the refrigerator is black. The stainless steel door is messed up. My refrigerator wasn't new, but was I very good condition before the movers damaged it. This replacement refrigerator is NOT acceptable. I bought meat this morning and placed it in the freezer at 11 am. It is 9 pm and the meat still isn't frozen. The scratches on my floor were rubbed out, but the product that was used to take the scratches out has left a spot I haven't been able get clean.

The team dropped some of my items, and did not wrap all of my furniture appropriately so my very expensive headboard ended up damaged when they hit it against a staircase. Someone is supposed to come to my house to fix it but of course, the headboard will never be the same

1. Trucks arrived 1 hour later than promised.
2. Movers were not careful about hitting doors or walls.
3. Movers damaged some furniture and said they would be filing. I have not heard from anyone yet.
4. Movers took significantly longer than estimated and total bill was almost 50% higher than estimated.

The men were very pleasant but were very fast. The young trainee who was blonde and tall was fast and often sloppy with the boxes he carried. He dropped boxes, he carried too many and rushed too much. There was a screen door that was damaged but was found by us, not reported. A couple boxes
they taped but shouldn’t have. One was oil lamp setting in it and there was oil in it. It was tilted and spelt all over the garage it was put in. The trainees definitly needed more training.

I explained from the the beginning that they must be careful with store cabinets and stands. But they weren't and when I called to complain because they damaged my items we kept playing phone tag for three days. She said that Jason would call me back but as of today no return call. Each of these cabinets cost me 560.00 each and were brand new and my display stands were 400.00 each. I have pieces of wood missing from the bottom of several pieces. If I wanted my items destroyed I would have used the neighbors. But either your going to fix them or I will be suing you for the damage. I noticed my credit card and you wont be paid until you take care of this situation and I mean it.

House to apartment move. There was significant damage to my house's drywall. One of the movers hit a bull nose corner baseboard with my box springs (when all he had to do was go straight), splitting the beading on both sides of the corner about 18" and knocking off the baseboard. When it was time to pay, I asked about doing a new form for the damages at my apartment. One of the movers knew about the drywall that was knocked off tot he metal framing so he added it. When I said what about the couch and floor, he had no idea, but the other mover knew about the couch and wasn't planning on saying anything (this is the same one who damaged my house). I wanted to use movers to save on stress, but no move I've made without professional movers has been so stressful and frustrating as this one.

I was moving my husband who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease to a Long Term Memory facililty. My sister in law was at my house to show the movers what to put on the truck and she met them at the facility to show them to his room...while I had my husband with me. The timing was crucial and the movers were able to pack, travel and unpack everything at the precise time I had asked them to do. She and I were upset, stressed and nervous about the entire event. But because everyone involved at Two Men and a Truck were so willing to make sure everything went well, we ended up with precise timing!! I wouldn't think of using anyone else next time I need moving help.

The only good thing I can say about 2 men and a truck is they were available last minute when my original movers didn’t show up. A crew of 4 was scheduled to arrive to begin packing. I had to call 4 times to ask where they were. When they finally showed up there were 3. During the packing 2 of the men began arguing, each wanting to be in charge. It became very uncomfortable. Day 2 was so uncomfortable I just had them take what they had in the trucks to my new address. As they brought in boxes I asked what is in it so I could direct to area. NOTHING was labeled. Movers had no idea what was inside. Inside was dumped mixture of various rooms, my daughter videotaped one box being opened. It was unbelievable. A chest fell down my stairs off a dolly, beds not put together...horrible!
