Our prev exp in feb 17 was excellent & that was the reason that we went with them again this April 2018. Everything was good with off staff Kim in setting up this last move, the estimate was sent to me with the req needs to be met with 3 men/1 truck on Mon. 4/2. Only 2 men arrived & balked at doing the job & pursuaded my daughter to wait till next day. We did not see the est till that night at 10:30 & it was a ridiculous amt of men/trucks/time/money to be done. I called reg off then & told them of the fiasco. The next day after sev more phone calls to off 3 men/1 truck did job in 3 hrs with cost very near the first est. IF they had sent 3 men/1truck as they said they would on mon 4/2 a lot of suffering would have been avoided as our fam plans with our son coming 3 hrs away compl ruined
