The only reason I put one 'good,' instead of all 'excellent,' is because they were an hour past the window we were given. Mariah in the office was excellent about updating me and once they got there, they were amazing. Super nice and did not stop working the whole time. We really enjoyed our experience and will recommend your company for sure. We had a terrible experience with our last move (only because I waited too long to call you guys), so this was a welcome change. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

The crew was polite and responsive to any of our requests. The following day after the movie we had trouble locating an object. The home-office quickly located the moving crew and got an answer for us to successfully find the object.

I’m very satisfied with everything involved with the move. Both movers were friendly and did a good job. One issue I noticed was that I have an expensive sleep number bed with an adjustable base and I noticed the fabric on the base was stapled on. So I asked one of the movers not to slide the base on the carpet cause I don’t want the staples to pop out or the fabric to rip. The mover agreed but did not communicate that to the other mover. The other mover did slide the base a bit on the carpet when we got to my new place. Luckily there was no damage to the base. So a little more communication between the movers would be advisable. Overall though I’m happy with the move and would use your company again and would recommend you to others.
