The office team made setting up the appointment extremely easy, and the moving crew was fantastic. They communicated well, showed up on time, and made quick work of all my heavy furniture. They took care to prevent any damage to the furniture and homes, and were friendly, polite, and a huge help during this move. Dylan and Chaz made my life much easier, and I hope they get recognized for it.

Everyone was so polite and sweet. They were very complimentary of things (our new home). No one ever complained or had a bad attitude- and always smiling - even when carrying the heaviest of furniture. We ended up laughing most of the day. And I don’t want to leave out the office folks. They confirmed and checked in with me a couple times. Very sweet and professional! Thank you all!!

Movers damaged city property , namely 2 trees, when they parked. Refused my directions to turn truck other way and use back of truck for loading as needed to use sidewalk and not cut through lawn. Used side door of truck and cut through the lawn, even after I requested they not do that and even my landlord came out and asked them , they ignored both of us. Did not wrap furniture as requested .

One mover was excellent. The other was new. He was kind, but slow, and careless. I moved entirely more than I planned on, due to this. I only had two sets of coaches, and two sets of bedroom furniture, and a piano for large items. I had moved the majority of everything else out already. And it still took 7 hours. I asked the movers to leave at 7 hrs although the work wasn’t close to being finished

The two young men, Chevy and Caleb were great. They were courteous and respectful and very confident and professional! They made our moving day very pleasant.

Both of my moving teams were awesome I give them both a 10 they worked hard they were on time they were professional very courteous I would not use anyone else but two men in the truck and any of those four guys that did my move on the front end or the back end are always welcome to do my moves. Just very very excellent teams.

I had Jessie and Caleb as my movers. I couldn’t believe how quickly and easily they moved my large furniture pieces. None of the furniture was damaged in the move. It made my moving process much easier and stress free.
